NIce article which brings all the colours together and as far as I can tell very accurate ,Thanks for that . I see you dont mention "Snowglo", I had two WHT guitars which were very white and had not suffered form the lacqer aging turning them cream or "Nicotineglo" as I call it, one was a 330 the other a 360, both from the 1990's. When I decided to do a 'White' 4003 it was painted with solid white Cellulose, no lacquer, and there is further documentation about this guitar here. https://www.rickysounds.co.uk/product/4003-2006-snowglo/
Thanks for this interesting post. I wondered if Tuxedo is a standard or a special finish ? I have a 1980 370 in this light butter color, black pickguard and logoplate, and chrome tailpiece, pickups and tuners. It seems unusual...
Your guitar started White and the clearcoat has yellowed to the creamy color you have today. If you go to the site map you'll find articles on BH/BT guitars, Special Colors, and Special Runs that can give you more detail. In general, Tuxedo refers ONLY to a late 80's run of White guitars with White painted fretboards.
