These 2 players of 21 fret 4001 basses have always been a big topic of discussion among Rickbass enthusiasts, and I would say the level of desirability has always been high. That, and the rarity of them, would lead me to think the value might be greater.
AFAIK, Rickenbacker only had one other 21 fretter, the premium 4002.
